Problem

F3 Energy, a zero-calorie, zero-carb, zero-sugar functional beverage brand, needed to grow its digital footprint and drive revenue across both Shopify and Amazon. While the product was strong, the brand lacked a cohesive digital presence. Disjointed messaging, underutilized CRM, and inconsistent platform experiences made it difficult to build customer trust, tell a compelling brand story, and foster long-term loyalty—limiting both visibility and retention.

Solution

As Digital Marketing Director, I developed and led a unified digital growth strategy grounded in brand storytelling and customer experience. This included rebuilding the Shopify site to reflect F3’s identity and improve conversion, crafting consistent messaging across product pages, email flows, and SMS to tell a cohesive story, and optimizing SEO to improve discoverability. I launched full-funnel paid campaigns across Meta, Google, and Amazon to drive qualified traffic, while lifecycle email and SMS automations were implemented to strengthen post-purchase engagement and nurture retention. CRM segmentation was restructured to ensure personalized, value-driven communication aligned with brand tone across every touchpoint.

Results

F3’s refreshed digital ecosystem successfully strengthened the brand’s relationship with its customers. The new website and branded content improved conversion and time on site, while consistent messaging across email, SMS, and ads drove engagement and repeat purchase behavior. Paid campaigns funneled high-intent traffic into a brand experience that felt personal and aligned, supporting both acquisition and retention. Overall, these efforts helped transform F3’s digital presence from fragmented to cohesive, laying the foundation for long-term loyalty and sustainable growth.
